Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows may result in the deposit becoming non-refundable.
N & K Cancellations: If N & K Organic Cleaning LLC must cancel your appointment, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
